1.By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here under and/or elsewhere in the site. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections
2. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of GiftaSmile.com
3. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. GiftaSmile.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, GiftaSmile.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of GiftaSmile.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
4.We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER after shipping
5.If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by GiftaSmile.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
6.We are not responsible for late deliveries in case the recipient is not at home.
7.The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8.All warranties, after sales services, maintenance of items will be subject to the conditions of the original manufacturers of products sold here. The responsibility of GiftaSmile.com ceases once the product is delivered at the recipient's address.
9.Please note that all orders will be processed in a good condition as per the customer's choice only & recipient choice in no way will be entertained for exchanging the product/s under any circumstance. All orders will be executed only after the customer confirms it & will be treated as final.
10. GiftaSmile.com always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, a similar product nearest to the description of that ordered, will be delivered. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer (query designer: within a few hours), we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered.
